Paul Chitwood
Paul Chitwood has served as president of the International Mission Board (IMB) since November 2018. He previously spent seven years as the executive director of the Kentucky Baptist Convention and 18 years pastoring local Kentucky churches. A Tennessee native, he holds a Master of Divinity and a Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Michelle, have four children.
Dr. Tom Elliff
Dr. Tom Elliff has spent over 40 years in ministry as a missionary, a global speaker, and a pastor, including 20 years leading First Southern Baptist Church in Del City, Oklahoma. He also served as president of both the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and the International Mission Board (IMB). His enduring kingdom impact is honored by the Tom Elliff Center for Missions established at several Baptist universities. Tom and his wife, Diana, enjoy a large family of children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Bradley Bell
Bradley Bell serves as the Executive Director of Equipping at The Upstream Collective, a missions organization dedicated to helping local churches intentionally raise up, send out, and care for healthy missionaries. He has served as a global missionary in East Africa, a church planter, a missions pastor, and a lead pastor. Bradley is a published author of foundational resources like The Sending Church Defined and holds a Master of Arts in Missiology from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Bradley is married to his wife, Katie, and they have four daughters
Mike Keahbone
Mike Keahbone, currently the Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. Mike has spent over three decades in ministry, including roles as a youth pastor, traveling evangelist, and Senior Pastor. He holds a B.S. in Ethics from Mid-America Christian University. Mike has been married to his wife, Jennifer, since 2002, and together they have three children.
Jarrett Stephens
Jarrett Stephens is the senior pastor of Champion Forest Baptist Church, in Houston, Texas. He is the author of The Mountains Are Calling. He has a bachelor of arts in biblical studies and psychology from Ouachita Baptist University, a master of divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a doctorate of ministry from Liberty Theological Seminary. Jarrett and his wife, Debbie, live in Houston Texas, with their four daughters.
